By accessing FloppyFashion (referred to as 'the System', 'we', or 'us'), you agree to execute these terms without exception. If you do not accept these parameters, please terminate your session immediately.

We supply print-on-demand apparel and hardware-inspired retro gear celebrating vintage computing, CRT aesthetics, and console history. All transactions are governed by EU consumer protection standards and relevant commercial statutes.

Every t-shirt, poster, ceramic mug, and vinyl sticker is manufactured individually upon successful order confirmation. Double-check your sizes, colors, and delivery address before submitting payment.

Once an order enters the production pipeline, cancellations or parameter adjustments can only be processed within a 2-hour grace period following checkout.

We ship across the European Union and internationally. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days, followed by standard carrier transit times depending on your geographical node.

Tracking links are dispatched automatically upon package scan. International customs duties, if applicable outside the EU single market, remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.

In accordance with EU consumer regulations, you retain a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the date of package delivery for undamaged, unworn merchandise.

If you receive a defective print, damaged mug, or corrupted item, contact us within 14 days with photo evidence. We will promptly issue a free replacement or complete refund.

All custom apparel graphics, pixel typography, brand iconography, and website software are proprietary works of FloppyFashion or licensed contributors.

Reproduction, commercial scraping, or unauthorized resale of our vector assets and printed artwork without written clearance is strictly forbidden.

FloppyFashion provides this platform and goods on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for transient server downtime or third-party courier bottlenecks.

Our aggregate liability for any verifiable claim is strictly limited to the total monetary amount paid for the specific order under dispute.
